Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER ON NECAONLINE.COM.AU:

  • Pre-orders are for items that are in development and subject to shifting in-stock dates. To see the most up-to-date estimate on product arrival, visit the product page.
  • NECA will not modify, re-route or cancel an order once placed.
  • NECA may cancel/refund orders at any time due to stock limitations, quality problems, inaccurate information from customers, fraud risk analysis, or any other reason.
  • NECA does not guarantee product box/packaging.
  • NECA can now ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note this is a standard speed service only, and not available for Big & Bulky items


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on dimensional volume. 

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 AUD*
  • Standard Shipping fee of $12 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
  • Express Shipping fee of $16 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
  • Please note express shipping only affects the shipping timeframe after dispatch, it cannot make pre-order items arrive in the country any quicker. 

*Excludes Big & Bulky items. These items are listed as Big & Bulky on the Product Page and shipping is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe-to-ship-to shipping address when placing an order.  NECA is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including the unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout.  NECA is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued.

NECA Australia can now ship to P.O. Box address. Please note this is a standard speed delivery service only.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

When the item is available for pre-order, there is a window of time to place an order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal fulfillment time of an item that is in-stock. On the item page, you will see the expected shipping date. For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from NECA's warehouse until June. 

Orders will not be fulfilled until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items. If an order has multiple pre-order items and those items have different shipping dates, the order will not ship until ALL pre-order items arrive. Orders will not be split.

Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. Due to unforeseen issues with production and/or shipping, an item might be delayed or cancelled. If there are any changes or delays for an item you order, NECA Customer Service will notify you. 

Pre-orders are non-refundable, and cancellation requests are considered at the discretion of the seller if the item is delayed.  If your cancellation is approved, a store credit equal to the value of your purchase will be issued, valid for 12 months. Please review your information and the item description and FAQs before placing your order.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders do not ship until all items are in-stock and the order has been fully processed. Order processing for orders with in-stock items only can take 5-8 days. Please consider the order processing time before placing your order. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your NECA account the day after your order is in transit with the carrier.

Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale may require additional processing time.

  

PRICING POLICY

NECA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

 


SHIPPING POLICY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

NECA uses StarTrack and Australia Post to ship orders. Packages shipped using these carriers are trackable. Please make sure that you use an address where all carriers can safely leave your package without risk of theft.  If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, some addresses including P.O. Box or APO addresses are only available as Standard speed delivery.

Standard Shipping: 

  • 2-8 Business Days for in-stock items
  • $12 for orders under $150 (excludes Big & Bulky items)
  • Free for orders $150 and over (excludes Big & Bulky items)
  • PO Boxes now available as delivery option

Express Shipping:

  • 1-5 Business Days for in-stock items
  • $16 for orders under $150 (excludes Big & Bulky items)
  • Street address delivery only

Bulky Shipping: 

  • 5-12 Business Days for in-stock items
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on dimensional volume and delivery location
  • Please ensure you provide a street delivery address where someone can physically accept the parcel for bulky items. Bulky freight carriers may not leave parcels unattended

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We make every attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. If you do have any issues with your order please contact us at hello@necaonline.com.au
